Megan Hammonds, LCMHC, has a passion to help others become the best version of themselves. She has experience in multiple settings including higher education, private practice, and community nonprofits. Megan has specialization in working with survivors of interpersonal violence, including sexual assault. She also uses EMDR as a tool to address trauma in the lives of her clients.
Megan believes counseling is her professional calling. She uses biblical principles and clinical training as the foundation of her approach. She believes that Jesus Christ is the ultimate source of healing, peace and joy.
Personally, Megan is a wife and mom to one son. She enjoys being outside, walking, painting, traveling, and sleeping (when she gets the chance).
