Julie Bullock

Counselor, LCSW

Are you feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or weighed down by discouragement? Maybe you’re a young adult navigating change, relationships, or uncertainty about your future. Or perhaps you’re a woman carrying responsibilities for everyone else while quietly feeling exhausted inside.

You don’t have to keep managing this alone.

I work with women and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment issues, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-achieving, and deeply caring — yet feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or low motivation.

Together, we will identify patterns that keep you stuck, build practical tools to calm your nervous system, and strengthen your confidence in relationships and daily life. My approach is warm, steady, and grounded with over 20 years of clinical experience.

If faith is important to you, we can thoughtfully incorporate it into the therapeutic process in a way that feels supportive and never forced. Therapy is a space for honesty, growth, and healing — whether your faith feels strong, uncertain, or somewhere in between.

If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I would be honored to connect.
